That same question fuels my excitement as I share what has been accomplished through EQUIP this year. December 2024 marked an extraordinary milestone—over 2 million faith decisions for Christ. By the end of year, 2,157,950 lives were forever transformed by the gospel, with 881,419 new believers this year alone. To God be the glory for this incredible harvest!

The impact reaches far beyond these numbers. The iLead curriculum has now equipped over 2 million students worldwide, including nearly 400,000 in the United States. These students aren’t just learning values-based leadership—they’re sharing it with their teachers, families, and communities, creating a ripple effect of transformation across classrooms, neighborhoods, and nations.

As we celebrate these “two millions”—two million faith decisions and two million students reached—it’s clear that the opportunities ahead are greater than ever. The need for transformation is immense, but so is the potential for change. Beyond Success continues to open doors to some of the hardest-to-reach places, and lives are being changed at a breathtaking pace—one new faith decision every 47 seconds.
