Sub Saharan Africa
EQUIP training continues in Africa. Here’s one example of the impact from a female Police Commander in the middle of Volume 2.
“EQUIP Training changed my life and behavior. I used to send some traffic policemen to stop car’s drivers and asked them for money. When the policemen brought the money, I promoted them. After attending the three years of EQUIP Trainings in Yaounde, I came to realize that it was not fair as a Christian to be corrupted.
As a Christian, I decided to change the battalion department. I asked the Commander in Charge to do the course of Chaplaincy and be trained as a police chaplain.
Today, I use EQUIP materials to show other Christian policemen a model of good leadership and promote integrity in the barracks.”
