EQUIP’s global strategy to train millions of Christians worldwide with the necessary leadership skills to effectively pursue the Great Commission in their communities, workplaces, and churches, was launched in 2003. Over a period of three years, each participant attends six leadership conferences, receives six leadership workbooks and other resources, and personally mentors at least 25 other leaders.
In many countries, church leaders don’t have the financial resources available to participate in this kind of training. Your monthly gift of $30 or more will help train effective church leaders on the continent of your choice.
Each participant in the training receives a workbook at each leadership conference, for a total of six curriculum workbooks over the course of the 3-year training period.
