 Jan Ernst Gabrielson, EQUIP ministry partner based in Norway, is dreaming beyond his country and taking the Million Leaders Mandate training to other parts of Europe and also to Africa! You will be incredibly inspired by this report from him.
“I am greeting you in the wonderful name of Jesus Christ! I am happy to be able to address you again with some news from the work we are doing both in Norway and in other countries.
The Million Leaders Mandate training from John C. Maxwell’s organization, EQUIP, is building the Kingdom of God all over the world and seeing great results from it everywhere. Millions of leaders have now been involved in this training and I myself am training more than 500 leaders in Sudan and 500 in Kenya. The leaders are given 25 books each that they leave with after the seminars to use to train others during the half year until I come back for the next two-day seminar. I am getting exciting reports from the trainers. God is using them in tremendous ways.
During the leadership training both in Poland and Hungary last month I had the privilege to train in a Bible School for gipsy Church leaders in Debrecen, Hungary. We had a very good time. They received the word with great enthusiasm. As I am coming here every six months, it is good to see how they are growing in their Christian walk and in their leadership.
I also had a great weekend in Klucze in Poland where I taught 50 leaders from around the country gathered here. This organization is doing a great work with centers to help alcoholics, drug addicts and people in difficult situations. They are really giving them a new life, hope and future, and it was great to train their leaders.
 I am working hard in Norway to promote the mission work in Africa and raising money for the different projects and support for the expansion of the Kingdom to all tribes and people groups. Jesus told us clearly to "make disciples of all ethnic groups" and there are still people groups who have not yet heard the Gospel of Jesus! We want to work hard on fulfilling the Great Commission of Jesus. Please do pray with us that we can be a great helping hand to all the servants of Jesus who have a burden and a passion to reach out to the unreached!
I am preaching also in different churches in Norway when I am home, and we have seen the hand of God moving in a great way. People are receiving healing, salvation and the real touch of the Holy Spirit. I am also busy working with my businesses to raise money for mission work, and we are seeing great blessing also in this way.
In the month of August I am going back to Kenya to continue EQUIP training in Meru and Mombasa. I will also travel to Juba to follow up the training there the 18th and 19th of August. I am looking forward to meet everyone, and my burden is for all of us to be more and more like Jesus in attitude, love and service and also in power and authority! We are to do his work everywhere - and I wish you all success in this!
I want to thank you for standing with me in prayer for the trips coming up and also for the plans for the months to come. With God nothing is impossible, and we believe for great things.”
