What is the impact of Million Leaders Mandate Volume 1?
These are the results of the Graduation Surveys taken by EQUIP Certified Trainers at the completion of the 3-year Million Leaders Mandate process, including the results recently in from Latin America. In addition to growth and effectiveness in their churches and ministries; as a result of the MLM training received, attendees will:
24% Start a new ministry
20% Plant a church
73% Continue to mentor others in leadership
9% Start a business to create revenue for ministry
As you read the reports online from each region, you will receive a small snapshot of the impact and difference EQUIP is making internationally as our vision is being accomplished. The vision is: “To see effective Christian leaders fulfill the Great Commission in every nation.”
The first part of our vision statement says, “To see effective Christian leaders fulfill the Great Commission.” Over the last 13 years EQUIP has and continues to train and develop top Christian leaders internationally. Today, those leaders are training and developing their national Christian brothers and sisters in Biblical servant leadership.
Today, national Christian leaders are “owning” leadership development in their countries. In many countries, nationals are moving out to other nations with the EQUIP process and training. For many national leaders this is the first time they have experienced true leadership; leadership that is making a positive and lasting change. For most, this is the first time they truly understand and see that they have the capacity to make a huge positive difference. The results so far are really unbelievable from a human perspective. In just 13 years, EQUIP has grown from a dream to a worldwide movement where Christian leaders are impacting cultures in a positive way and making a difference as the Great Commission is being fulfilled.
This impact and difference-making is made possible by the work of the Holy Spirit, which is God’s part. EQUIP’s part is to provide Biblical servant leadership resources, encouragement and empowerment to these national leaders.
