 It’s been rightly said that “No one can do what all of us can!” The end of 2008 brought with it the excitement of reaching the milestone of 100 Strategic Partnerships between EQUIP and ministries around the world. EQUIP’s partnership opportunity allows ministries to take the Million Leaders Mandate (MLM) training to their unique spheres of influence around the world.
The variety of ministries by our partners is incredible! We are thankful that we are able to resource them with EQUIP’s leadership development materials in order to increase their influence and effectiveness by increasing their leadership capacities.
Who can be a partner?
Our Strategic Partners range in size from large ministries to individual missionaries who want to train leaders in Biblical servant leadership in their spheres of influence. Our partners must keep the material Biblical, use the curriculum in a process-oriented way, and encourage those who are taught to multiply by teaching others. What are EQUIP’s partners doing?
Our 100+ partners are ALL over the world— literally! They are training pastors, leading prison ministries, doing AIDS work, and heading up orphan ministries. They are bringing the Gospel to closed countries, impacting youth and leading their own leadership conferences. Strong leaders are needed in every arena of life. It is vital to have Biblical servant leaders leading churches, orphanages, camps, Bible colleges, relief work, AIDS education programs, and other ministries. Effective Christian leaders are urgently needed in government service and the marketplace around the world!
What is the process of becoming an EQUIP Partner?
The first step is to learn more about EQUIP and our partnership opportunities through our website at www.iEQUIP.org/partners. If a partnership seems like a good fit, please fill out the “Next Steps” form and then we will contact you to discuss a partnership. We believe that now, more than ever, Biblical servant-leadership is needed to fuel and sustain the efforts around the world to fulfill the Great Commission.
Leaders know the high demands of leadership. They also know the value in training other leaders and the urgency of mentoring emerging leaders. From the stories and other feedback we receive, we know that when our partners use the Million Leaders Mandate curriculum, it covers the topics essential to healthy leadership and prompts the change and growth needed.
We thank God for our many partners around the world and look ahead with excitement to many more partnerships that will be developed for the sake of the Gospel.
