EQUIP has developed two primary models for equipping leaders:
the Conference Model and the Partnership Model .
The Conference Model is our “typical” model used around the world. EQUIP partners with a national leader who has influence within a nation to bring Million Leaders Mandate curriculum to their country. The national leader, who has a passion for leadership and understands process, becomes our Country Coordinator. EQUIP empowers and entrusts the Country Coordinator to “own” the leadership development process.
The Partnership Model is a way for ministries and churches, both large and small, to use the MLM curriculum in their spheres of influence. EQUIP and the ministry partner sign a partnership agreement which is customized to the needs and situation of the partner, while still maintaining EQUIP’s core values.
