This is an example of the comments we are receiving from our daily radio feature – Leadership Moment. This short feature is designed to teach biblical servant leadership to a diverse audience – from the stay-at-home mom to the CEO.
“Relevant…timely…unique…focused…creative…” are just some of the words that station managers are using. As a result, the number of stations carrying Leadership Moment has grown to 1,098 in one year. Those numbers fluctuate because we audit the stations every six months to be sure they are carrying the program, which is unheard of for a short feature in radio.
God has shown favor and at the recent National Religious Broadcasters Convention (NRB) held in Nashville, Tennessee, Leadership Moment received the Radio Program of the Year Award (Short Form)!
EQUIP was also asked to lead seven workshops at NRB on building relationships in ministry. Here are some of the comments received by those in attendance, “I have been coming to NRB for 32 years and this is the best training I have received” said one station owner. “I was at all seven workshops; I learned so much, Can you come and work with our ministry?”
