 With over 40 years of development experience, Doug Carter, Sr. Vice President of EQUIP, will share principles and practices distilled from a lifetime of successful ministry. Since 1964, Doug has directed the development activities for a variety of Christian ministries, including a Christian elementary school, a Christian college, and a major missionary-sending agency.
He currently serves as chief development officer for EQUIP, a non-profit ministry founded by Dr. John C. Maxwell.
 Dr. Samuel Chand, President Emeritus of Beulah Heights Bible College, has mastered the art of development. Dr. Chand serves pastors, ministries and businesses as a Leadership Architect and Change Strategist.
