In May, a special prelude to the full launch of Volume Two of the Million Leaders Mandate curriculum was a resounding success!
Tom Atema of EQUIP and Michael Shepard of World Outreach Ministries taught the first notebook of the new curriculum in Hyderabad, India.  EQUIP is partnering with World Outreach India
to train 30 national trainers in Hyderabad. 

These national trainers will each develop 10 leaders in their sphere
of influence as well as equip key leaders at 25 conference sites throughout India.  The leaders were enthusiastic about the new curriculum.

EQUIP’s Epic Sequel!

The summer once again brings to movie theaters a large volume
of not only new movies, but a fair share of sequels.  Some will be
epic in proportion and production!

Sequels have proven to be successful for
many motion picture brands.  From James Bond to Rambo to Die Hard to Spiderman, multiple sequels continue to draw awaiting audiences
back to theatres to watch the same characters respond to different dramatic challenges.

Leadership lifts people. Leadership lifts people from the life they
have to the life they could have. I have long believed this even as a young boy growing up watching my dad be a leader in our home, as well as be a pastor and a college president.

My greatest joy comes from training others in leadership. And that’s why I want to make this leadership training material available to not only leaders internationally, but in the United States and Canada as well.

Until now, this leadership training material has only been available

As I recall what I witnessed in a recent trip to Europe, I get overwhelmed -- in a good sense of that word.  I had an opportunity to visit EQUIP’s Country Coordinators in Ukraine, Russia, Finland and Armenia and meet with some of the EQUIP Certified Trainers.  What a blessing it was to hear their stories of how the Lord is changing their lives through Million Leaders Mandate and is using them to impact many other people.  There were quite a few memorable moments, but there is one in particular I would like to share with you.
