Tom Atema, VP of International Ministries and Strategic Partnerships

Welcome to our Associate Trainer Team!

We appreciate your commitment to join us in using the Million Leaders Mandate to develop international Christian leaders who will fulfill the Great Commission in every nation.

As we have trained millions leaders around the world through the “Train the Trainer” model,
we made some important discoveries. One of them is how challenging it is to bridge the cultural gap as communicators. In light of this, I’d like to officially invite you to attend our SQUARE 1 training.

EQUIP’s success hinges upon your ability to effectively communicate the Million Leaders Mandate leadership material. As such, we require all EQUIP Associate Trainers to attend a SQUARE 1 training before they teach overseas. It is also vital for the international ministry of EQUIP to go forward that you totally understand EQUIP’s ministry and that your funds really are making a difference internationally.

The focus will be on delivering and communicating the MLM material for maximum effectiveness in a cross-cultural setting. You may find more details regarding the training on the links provided.

To sign up to attend the EQUIP SQUARE 1 training, please fill out the registration form on the link provided. You are responsible for your own travel and accommodation arrangements. There is a list of nearby hotels on this web page for your convenience.
Please contact Brit Elwell with any registration questions or general information about the SQUARE 1 training. You may reach Brit by phone at  404.693.5267. You may also email her at Brit.Elwell@iequip.org.

Thank you, again, for your partnership in making EQUIP a world leader in providing Biblical servant leadership through the Million Leaders Mandate process to international Christian leaders a reality.

Looking forward to seeing you,

Rev. Tom Atema
VP of International Ministries and Strategic Partnerships
