Rick Goad had a love and a passion to help train and equip effective servant leaders around the world. Rick was pivotal in bringing World Wide Dreambuilders, John Maxwell and EQUIP together in friendship and commitment to change the world through training Christian leaders.

Rick is now in heaven, but his dream for training difference makers throughout the world has become a reality! A special fund has been established in Rick’s memory and contributions to the World Wide Dreambuilders Rick Goad Memorial Scholarship Fund will be used to train leaders all over the world through EQUIP.

Today’s world is complex. Now more than ever the need for effective and compassionate leadership is critical. EQUIP is a non-profit organization founded by Dr. John C. Maxwell specializing in the development of effective international Christian leaders. EQUIP trains men and women capable of finding solutions for the issues plaguing society as they spread the teachings of the Lord.

These leaders are disciples of character, competence, integrity and influence who become the agents of change on our planet. They are difference makers. Their impact is felt everyday—no matter what cause they lead or what problems they are striving to solve.
